What Does this CT Scan Test Result Mean?

I am hoping to get a simplified explanation of my CT scan report.

Small to moderate sized central disc protrusions at l4-l5 and l5-s1
At l4-l5 it indents the anterior aspect of the cal sac
L5-s1 the disc protrusion extends to the left and comes in contact with the traversing left S1 nerve root deviating it posteriorly

Thanks in advance

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.There is bulge L4-5,L5-S1 level causing pressure effect on t ethical sac.
3.At L5-S1 there is indentation or mass effect on the nerve root pushing posteriorly.
4.Treatment in this include exercise followed by physiotherapy that will help.
5.Finally if nothing of this works operative / interventional treatment is treatment of choice. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
